Healthy Protein Crêpes



-½ banana

-½ cup of oats

-¼ cup quinoa

-1 cup coconut milk/ any alternative milk

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-¼ tsp baking soda

-dash of cinnamon

-added vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)


  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until mixture is combined

  2. Prepare a hot pan ready to cook the crepe mix in.

  3. Pour mixture into the pan and cook on each side for approx 3 minutes, the mixture will bubble and the mix will cook through which is when the crepes are ready to flip.
