Ginger Berry Biscuit Smoothie by Nourishing Amy


Blend: 1 frozen banana + 150g frozen mixed berries + 2 scoops ginger biscuit free soul protein + 1 tbsp flaxseeds + 150ml coconut milk until smooth and creamy.

Banana Oreo cake by BecsFitBites

Recipe:
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 cup self raising flour
1 tbsp flaxegg
1/8th tsp baking powder and baking soda
2 bananas
2 dates
5 Oreos
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup cashew milk
Dash of vanilla and salt
2 scoops free soul vanilla protein .

Method:


Preheat oven 190 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Blend all the wet ingredients in a blender and pour over the dry ingredients. Melt the coconut oil if needed first and add the oil last and the flaxegg last too. Should be a medium-thick texture. Crunch the Oreos up into the mixture and mix in. Place in baking tray and crunch 1 Oreo on the top. bake cake for 25 mins.
