About me

Hi, my name is Zara and this is my zen. Zen for me describes a way of living that is trusting and balanced. It encompasses a strong feeling of self-worth, peace and contentment with everyday life.  I use the word “zen” as part of my daily mantra, a small reminder to live in the present and enjoy every moment. Food is fuel, it should be enjoyed, celebrated and used to connect with friends, family and loved ones. It definitely should not be feared. I hope this space inspires you to find time for a little more zen in your life, whether that be through healing your relationship with food, trying new plant-based meals or learning to move your body in a new way!
